GCPL (Formerly Known as TIPL) recognized as “Caterpillar Certified Sales Dealership with Advanced-level-performance in the year 2016”

GCPL has been recognized as “Caterpillar Certified Sales Dealership with Advanced-level-performance in the year 2016”. This recognition has come because of the initiative we had undertaken through Sales Effectiveness Process (SEP) to develop the capability of our sales personnel through Sales Competency Assessment (SCA), Sales Effectiveness Foundational courses, Product Knowledge Assessments (PKA) and Product Application Industry Solutions (PAIS) through DPC (Dealer Performance Centre), a web based learning platform hosted by Caterpillar.

In line with the organization philosophy of developing Sales Competencies and translating the same for the benefit of the customer, we had embarked on SEP through the enrolment of sales people in DPC. We are one of the primary dealers in Asia Pacific to have embraced SEP as a continuous learning program.
