Caterpillar recognizes dealers in a variety of different ways for their outstanding contributions to business results. "ACAM Dealer Customer Excellence Awards" is a dealer recognition program to celebrate dealers who go above and beyond to serve the customers. The award recognizes the consistent efforts of the dealers to improve the service level and customer experience by understanding the customer needs and delivering products and solutions that help them succeed.

Year 2017 saw 85 award submissions from 30 dealers across the ACAM region. We have secured the 3rd Position in the Overall Customer Excellence Category in ACAM region and the 1st position in CNIN region.

Congratulations to all the GCPL citizens whose relentless efforts have helped the company secure the 2nd position in Customer Experience, 3rd position in Sales and Rental Solutions and 3rd position in Digital Capability amongst all the participating dealers.
